Dr. Martin Stephens, DDS
Concept
Dentist, Human Intelligence Collector
Aspects
Student of the Marquis: Stephen is deeply, deeply fond of his jobs- both his work for Espionage and Medical. Given the opportunity to practice his profession, he finds it difficult to tear himself away.
People Will Pay You To Be Inhumane: Dr. Martin's winning personality hasn't let him down yet, ekeing through the most thorough ethics investigations in his private practice. Now that he works for the Foundation, of course, he doesn't /need/ the charm, but it hasn't left him yet.
Espionage-trained: Dr. Martin has been thoroughly trained by Espionage on a multitude of pain-based compliance techniques, in addition to standard Espionage conditioning requirements. He's not your standard Medical worker, and he rather stands out in his office.

Personal History
Dr. Martin's recruitment to the Foundation was so utterly normal it almost seemed out of place. A routine canvassing to replace lost or retired Medical personnel of various specialties led a recruiter to contact him at his private practice, and after a few interviews, he was deemed a suitable employee and hired on to a Clearance 0 processing station for incoming Class D subjects. His flawless, rapid work here combined with an incredibly thrifty hand with the station's resources marked him as a rising star in the small world of Foundation dentistry. Here, his career could've been badly derailed were it not for the doctor's profound luck - a standard psychological profiling came up with multiple red flags that would generally mark him as unsuitable for working with Foundation employees and relegate him to the low-prestige world of Class D work. These red flags, however, fit the psychological profile required for a far more prestigious assignment within the Foundation: Mobile Task Force Field Medic. Assigned to MTF-O-9, Dr. Stephens served honorably and with distinction until severe losses forced a reorganization of the task force. Within a matter of months, he was selected for STF-354 and shipped off to Canada.
