Lucas Quinn.

Expert medical doctor and chemist.

Pharmamancer: He does have the pill for your problem. And if he doesn't, he can make it rather easily. Just don't mess with his "asprin".
Unfazable: After you see a not-sexy snake lady eat your placenta, nothing touches you. Of course, there are some drawbacks to having spent the 90's in DMT-space.
Hates The Man: Will go out of his way to protect bystanders, victims, and the helpless from those who would abuse their powers over them. Sometimes makes for a difficult fit in the Foundation.

Personal History

Born in 1968, in Fort McMurray, Alberta, PhD and MD from University of Toronto by 2000. Worked with a prestigious pharmaceutical company out of Ottawa for five years, then dropped off the map. During this time, he made several advances, some of them even fit for legal distribution. When SCP-354-██ escaped from Area 354, the Doctor had a first-hand encounter with the object, and remained on hand to assist in the aftermath, particularly among the civilian population whose emergency services had been stretched beyond their abilities. He was brought on first as a consultant and contractor, then as a full member of the Foundation in 2010.
