Grasping at Straw: - Able to take in many details of a situation at a glance, Caiaphas has an intuitive skill at making accurate assumptions. However, situations that truly defy his worldview can throw him for a major loop, knocking him from his stride
Preparation of the Battlefield - Caiaphas has spent a lot of time studying and experiencing ways to shift the battlefield to his advantage, be it a simple ambush, or rigging a contested building into a deathtrap worthy of Crete. Of course, said expertise has left him terrified of any situation of going on the offensive against trained, prepared opponents without absolutely overwhelming force.
Citizen of the Foundation: Rick had always considered himself to be a patriot first and foremost. His effective exile from the United States hit him very hard. He jumped at the chance to work for the Foundation, attaching himself completely. Anything that threatens his position is responded too with extreme measures.

*COINSPINNER
An anomalous, iridescent egg about the size of a baseball. Rick has been assigned to weaponize Coinspinner, which has been shown to respond to sudden changes in light by absorbing all sound in an area before releasing a shockwave in an attempt to break nearby objects. It also occasionally twitches or emits sounds. At one point, it Teleported from containment to Medical.

Personal History
Age 28, served as a US Army Ranger. Left service upon the conclusion of his four year contract; spent the next several years out of country, primarily in Columbia and Sudan. Trained in interrogation techniques with Mobile Brigade 7 (Colombian). He encountered Foundation Mobile Task Force ███ while acting as a freedom fighter in Sudan. Returned to United States in 2010. Was investigated by the US Secret Service after being seen near Senator ██████ (█-██) residence several times. In 2011 he was the prime suspect in an armed robbery and vehicle theft at ██████████ in █████, KS.
Shortly afterwards, he was formally investigated for acting in an armed capacity for foreign groups while still being a member of the Inactive Ready Reserve. His passport was revoked and he was added to the Terror Watch-list. On the recommendation of the commander of MTF ███, he was approached by the Foundation. Assigned to espionage, Agent Caiaphas's designated job is internal affairs of large sites. His previous posting was Site ███, Seattle, Washington but was marked by the local FBI field office. At this time, his status as internal affairs has been revoked while he has been transferred to Site-354.
Miscellaneous
Agent considered to be once politically active. Currently pursues Foundation objectives with extreme motivation.
Regarded as getting along very well with others, tending to prefer joking cynicism whenever possible. Has difficulty understanding people with personal reservations and attempts to focus their minds back on the task at hand whenever possible. Prefers to split forces under his control whenever possible, using those people he considers less able, trained, or motivated as secondary group.
Actively looks for information, especially about people, at all times, but generally hidden underneath an easy-going, joking facade. Known to drop all semblance of humor during stressful situations.
