Terrance Gray

Soft-Spoken: Is very quiet in both his words and movements. He isn’t very good around people, and is especially bad at small talk. However, there’s always something going on inside his head, and when he does find his voice his insight is often valuable. A firm believer in making every word count.

Theatrical: One of the only ways he is good at expressing himself is a flair for the dramatic, whether it’s blowing out both kneecaps before execution via a close-range shot to the back of the head or simply pulling a coin out from behind someone’s ear. It is usually a boon to his performance, but it has gotten him in trouble more than once.

Good With His Hands: Has dexterous fingers, allowing him to reload quickly, tie a wide variety of knots, and be proficient at a variety of hand-based crafts.

Personal History

Terrence grew up in a foster home on the streets of Chicago. Every day after school, he would sneak out of the orphanage and into the third floor No Visitors wing at his local hospital to visit his bed-ridden father. Fiscal support from a mother Terrence never knew kept the man breathing day after day, and Terrence's amatuer magic tricks kept a smile on his face. But after the money abruptly stopped coming in, a teenage Terrence was forced to make a choice and approached a local gang for employment and induction into their ranks. He eventually found his niche as an assassin, his afternoons of sleuthing translating perfectly into approaching targets undetected.

After carving a swath through the higher-ups of a rival gang, they approached him with a better offer and he immediately switched sides. Overnight he became a soldier of fortune, bouncing from employer to employer until the day his father's lungs gave out.

After his father died, Terrence left Chicago behind. With no more purpose but no other skills, he continued his work as an assassin well into his twenties, until he was found and nursed back to health by the Foundation in [REDACTED] after the mostly successful assassination of [REDACTED], a subject pending SCP status. A potentially valuable but still unproven asset, he has been stationed at Site-354 to prove his loyalty.

Youngish Caucasian man. Wiry frame. Shaved head, but not bald. Black hair. Wears clothing that doesn’t swish or otherwise make a lot of noise on missions, but dons thicker clothing in his civilian dress due to a dislike of the cold. Both garments tend to have lots of pockets. When alone, he likes to do activities with his hands. He knows a few magic tricks, and is currently learning origami.

His upbringing has left him with few people skills, and he often prefers to do things rather than talk about them. Views people as inherently undependable and more often than not will seek to resolve situations himself. Enjoys music and fireworks. Has occasional bouts of self-loathing, but is not suicidal.
