Still Balanced? : Yulia generally displays a placid and unfettered personality. But when faced with an emotional threat, she displays an obnoxious amount of sarcasm as a coping mechanism. Due to her focus on stabilizing her emotional state in these situations, her coordination and reaction time slows dramatically. (Is it possible to tag this to MDef, AND Agility. Like a simultaneous +3 to MDef and -3 to agility?)

At Face Value? : While initially suspicious of most people and situations, when evidence is presented to suggest that something is safe or acceptable, she will go with it initially rejecting her intuition and any evidence in opposition. However; Yulia is someone who learns by experience, and the same trick does not work as easily on her twice when things go wrong.

Mortal Retribution : Yulia believes that revenge is best served cold. As such, she has no qualms about getting close to a hated enemy in order to make the perfect opportunity for a quick and devastating emotional or physical strike. Once her trust is betrayed, or an innocuous encounter becomes life-threatening, her calm personality is easily stripped away to reveal her focused and ruthless heart.

Personal History

A formerly successful assassin and spy who once worked in North and Central Africa for whoever paid the most; effortlessly balancing relationships between conflicting parties as a double- and sometimes triple-agent. Her sense of morality and what is right is a gaping hole in her soul that she is slowly starting to fill- but for now, anything goes.

SCP items and individuals were encountered occasionally in her former line of work. Yulia’s track record garnered the attention of several GOI’s seeking to obtain anomalous items or prevent others from acquiring said objects. Things came to a head when she found herself on the run from Marshall Carter and Dark after a botched assassination attempt. Luck had always been on her side when deals with governmental and multinational organizations went sour, and escape was the only option. But MC&D had connections to everyone who owed her a favor, and to the person she trusted the most.

So Yulia was forced to turn to the Foundation for help. In exchange for all of the information she had gathered over the course of her career, the Foundation erased her existence from the world, and assigned her to work with Special Task Force Alpha-354 where her skills could be put to use.
