Tormented: Nicholas spent more than his fair share of time being interrogated. He learned quite a few tricks in those sessions, which let him get into people's heads. If he's restrained, however, he's very prone to breaking down in some way or another.

Take Them Alive: It's very hard to get yourself killed if Nicholas wants you to live. He goes to great lengths to ensure that those he wants to live do so, but he'll insist on he live capture of anyone or anything that could have valuable information.

Discipline: Nicholas spent much of his firearms training learning the exact moment to pull the trigger. He can be lethally accurate, so long as he isn't distracted.

Personal History

Nicholas was born in Wales and lived life under adoptive parents, his father having been assassinated and his mother having died as collateral damage. His new father being a military officer, Nicholas quickly became very patriotic while also starting to become fascinated with the life of a soldier.

His father trained him in the use of firearms from an early age, and he enlisted in the Intelligence Corps at the age of 18. During his service, he was captured by a terrorist group and interrogated. He refused to provide them with any information and analyzed the techniques used against him before his rescue, using the ones considered legal frequently afterward. The Foundation recruited him after his interrogation of a member of the GOC who was suspected of gathering military intelligence.


Nicholas is a tall, thin man, standing at 6'2" and weighing around . He has decent muscle definition and very little body fat. He has a tall forehead, usually in full view due to his black hair being neatly combed to the left. He has calculating, ice-blue eyes which constantly roam over the facial features of whoever he talks to so as to gauge their reactions to anything and everything.

During Nicholas' time held captive, he was subjected to brutal torture. As a result, there is a long, clean burn scar stretching from his right cheekbone to the left side of his chin. Part of the bone along his jaw is visible. His clothes usually consist of black dress slacks and a white button-up shirt, along with a gray trenchcoat and a white scarf.

Nicholas was infamous in the Corps for supposedly not having smiled once in his life, and he's given no evidence to disprove this rumor. His mouth is always either a straight, unreadable line or a grim frown.
